"Kindness and compassion made me feel at ease"

About: Rutherglen & Cambuslang Locality Support Service / Treatment Room (Rutherglen and Cambuslang)

(as a service user),

Emma took bloods at Rutherglen health centre, I have extreme phobia with needles and normally pass out however Emma's kindness and compassion made me feel at ease.
