I completed an online “get help for a health problem” at 8am and within 10 minutes I had been sent a message to say I had an appointment that afternoon.
I also got to see the GP I had requested.
The doctor was thorough in her consultation, put me at ease, listening to what I had to say and explained what investigation she wanted to do.
I’d also like to praise the doctor for her help when she saw my daughter a few weeks back, she was referred and has now got an appointment with the hospital.
Can’t fault the care and service I have had today. Thank you
