"Excellent advice and reassurance given"

I needed some advice on my treatment plan and also reassurance, following a bad fall in the park which resulted in a fractured ankle and shoulder. The surgery responded very quickly and I had an extremely helpful telephone conversation with an Advanced Practitioner Nurse who patiently listened to all my concerns and explained everything in detail without rushing me. She was fantastic and it made such a difference to me to have such kind and knowledgeable reassurance. Thank you so much!
