About: West Lodge Surgery

I am really disappointed with the NHS west ledge surgery. I tried to book an appointment at three different occasion and was advised to ring tomorrow. When I rang next day , I get the same advice. I clarify this is not an emergency appointment so can you book me next or following week instead. Recipient put me on hold and went to speak to the GP. But my GP refused to see me which is inconsiderate and seems like GP are not willing to do their job rather try to push patients to go walk in centre or A&E.

Its ridiculous that we pay for it but we can’t book a GP.
