"Overnight stays at Elective Hub"

I've had two stays at the Elective Hub in the King's Treatment Centre at Derby Royal Hospital. 

The first visit was for three nights after a double mastectomy and the staff were super helpful, supportive, understanding and professional. 

The second day was last night after a kidney biopsy. The staff again super helpful, friendly, attentive to my needs, supportive and professional. 

I wouldn't hesitate if I needed to stay there again. I know I would be in very good hands with an understanding team.

There are many staff who have exceptional patient focused, patient centred ways of working. I can't remember all the names but want to highlight and thank nurses Katie and Mandy, student Nurse Iris and HCA Emma who are all very lovely individuals, and super attentive to people's needs. They go above and beyond the corner of their duty.
