"a credit to the service"

I had an ultrasound appointment at the Lorimer Suite today. On arrival the receptionists were very kind and helpful. Aishling carried out the ultrasound scans and Agnieszka assisted with explaining what I needed to do and chatted to me throughout keeping my mind off the scan which Aishling performed very gently and encouraged me throughout. Both ladies are a credit to the service and made me feel completely at ease and so cared for. Thank you.
