Today’s experience at the surgery was disappointing and highlighted several operational issues.

Starting with the telephone service: the lines opened at 8:00 am, but I was forced to listen to a 90-second recorded greeting with no option to bypass it. After enduring this repetitive message, the call abruptly ended with the frustrating announcement: "All our team are busy now, please try again later." This process wasted valuable time and created unnecessary frustration.

At the reception, a staff member communicated in a condescending and dismissive manner, which felt both unprofessional and disrespectful. Such an approach undermines the patient experience and trust in the service.

Furthermore, my appointment was delayed and shorter than expected, leaving me with unanswered concerns. These issues suggest a need for immediate attention and improvements to ensure patients are treated with efficiency and respect.
