I was diagnosed with chronic heart failure and was fitted with a CRT-D Implant. Once recovered from surgery the Cardiac Rehab team helped me every step of the way in the gym. Not only with exercise, they looked into anything I asked them and always either gave me a phone call with an answer or had a note for me the following week. If I was struggling with anything they always changed things around for me. They gave me confidence to start exercising and it was a great comfort blanket.

They also did 3 weeks of talks on medication, exercise & nutrition. These classes were so beneficial to me and again every question, concern was answered and if they had to check anything with another field they would always get the answer for you. Everyone of the team are dedicated to what they do and I definitely felt in safe hands with them. Even though I have done my full course with them I know they are only a email away if I need any advise. This service has helped me so much and I will always be grateful to each and every member of the team.
