"Amazing nurse - she was lovely, just a joy and so kind."

About: General practices in Fife

(as a relative),

I had to take my mum to see the nurse for bloods at our GP Practice.

The nurse Karen was amazing, she talked to my mum and me, she checked what needed to be done, asked about mum's best arm, used the right needle got the blood first time.

I don't think I've ever had a nicer nurse, she was lovely, just a joy and so kind.

I wish she was there every time I had to take my mum

You are more than welcome Karen was and is amazing I can't thank her enough my mum is my world and getting her the best treatment is always going to be my priority.we are all quick enough to complain about bad visits and the not so great times but after everything the health services has had to deal with it is the very least we can do is to tell them when they get it right and to thank them all.
