My Dad had a bad fall and spent 6 hours in A&E. One of his injuries was a bad cut to his hand. The next day the bandage was soaked in blood, we tried to get an appointment at the GP and phone NHS 24 both of which were unsuccessful.
We went to Whitehills Hospital looking for help and that is exactly what we received.
The care and assistance we received was exceptional - the nurse was very thorough and arranged for further care to be provided. Another member of staff provided support in arranging follow up appointment with the correct department.
A particularly trying time was made easier by the 2 individuals that helped us that day and we are very grateful for their care.

The additional care was provided at Arbroath Infirmary where my Dad had an xray and some further support. Again exceptional care from all staff.
