Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback following your recent visit to Newmains Health Centre Phlebotomy Service. It is lovely to hear that you and your son had a very positive experience and that he left with a smile on his face. it is understandable that your son was anxious attending for his bloods and I am delighted to hear that the nurse ensured that your sons experience was very positive, this will make it much easier for him to attend future appointments. What lovely manners your son has thanking the nurse. It is also great to hear that you received excellent care despite the challenges that staff sometimes face. This is the standard we work hard to deliver on a daily basis.

As with all services we are operating under a great deal of pressure so your positive feedback and recognition goes a long way to boosting staff and team morale. I am so proud of this feedback and I will ensure it is shared with the team.
