Have tried many times to get an appointment but they are always full. Even phoning up for an appointment leaves you deflated as they are always fully booked

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding our service.

I am sincerely sorry you are finding it difficult to make an appointment. Were you aware you can book an appointment online using our online service? Appointments are released daily from midnight for you to book three days in advance.

The other option is to phone as early in the day as possible or to attend the surgery and speak to a receptionist.

Please be assured we are constantly reviewing our appointment system and take all feedback seriously.
