"Wonderful Nurse spoke to our family about our worries"

My mum is currently being treated for heart failure and blood clots on the lungs. Mum was sharing that it can be really hard to take in all the information a consultant is sharing as quite overwhelming as she is unwell. Nurse Lexi overhead and asked us if there was anything she could help explain and she spent a good 5-10 minutes answering our questions in such a clear and kind way and I was just left feeling so relieved that my Mum is being cared for by such a lovely person. Thank you to her and the whole team on Tor Cross - you are amazing.
